Telehealth Therapy

Face to Face
typically refers to in-person therapeutic sessions between a mental health professional (such as a psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, or therapist) and a client. In this traditional form of therapy, the client and the therapist physically meet in the same location, usually in an office or a designated therapy space.

Rehabilitation Specialist
are responsible for helping individuals with physical and mental disabilities to reintegrate into society and live independently. They teach social skills and life skills to help improve one's quality of life. The goal is to restore the members to their best mental and/or behavioral health functioning.

Case Management
a process that includes planned linkage, advocacy , and referral assistance provided in partnership with a consumer, family members, law enforcement personnel, community agencies and other supports as defined by the consumer.
What are the benefits of case management?

Educate and help with non-medical services, such as nutrition, psycho-social or health education programs.

Help assist individuals in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services essential to meeting basic human needs.

Provides assessment of case management needs, development of a case management care plan, referral, linkage, monitoring and advocacy on behalf of the member to gain access to appropriate community resources.

Promote recovery, maintain community tenure, and to assist individuals in accessing services for themselves.

No Insurance Clients

$150.00 per hour for a fully licensed therapist

$80.00 per hour for a therapist under supervision
We also offer a sliding scale to those who qualify.
