Meet Rachel Kirk

BS, MHR, LPC, SUP
Rachel received her bachelor's from Southern Nazarene in family studies and gerontology in the spring of 2012. Rachel began working at Motivational Counseling as a Rehabilitation specialist, where she worked with children and adults teaching and educating on life skills and basic mental health. While working she continued her studies at the University of Oklahoma where she graduated in the spring of 2015 with her master’s in human relations with an emphasis on LPC, in addition to receiving a Helping Skills certificate. Rachel worked as a LPC for many years in inpatient and outpatient facilities. Rachel began to have dreams of expanding her practice while observing and learning that many therapists were under-educated in proper ethical rules regarding mental health, and Free Your Mind Counseling was created.
